Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email accounts and e-mail newsletters. Also, you can redirect emails from one e-mail box account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your email accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
